Instructions for registration, paying, Logging in, data updating and password change. (English)
- Before entering data for registration
- You must have/create an email address. (please get support for creating your email address)
- Please save your latest passport size photo in jpg format in your computer. To upload your photo – in ‘upload photo’ file while filling data.
- Register yourself in “Register here”. Complete all data ensuring all columns/entries are filled correctly.
- After verification by the Secretariat, a confirmation Email will be sent to you with a password.
- Remember your password and save it somewhere.
- In case if you didn't receive email in your Inbox please also check Spam/Junk folder.
- After successful registration, you can ‘log in’ anytime in “Member Log In” area with your Email address and the given password. Main purpose of “Members Log in” area is to help you keep your data updated and also search for your friends. Please always keep your data current and updated.
Financial Payment Subscriptions/Donations: –
- Amounts of Subscriptions:
- Registration fee @ Rs 1000/= for Pakistani residents
- Registration fee @ $/€S 15/= or £10/= for Non Pakistani residents
- Registration fee one time only. (If already paid intimate as given below.
- Annual membership fee @ Rs 1000/= /$/€S 15/= or £10/= per year to be paid before 31 Jan every Calendar year.
- Donation and other payments, as desired on voluntary basis
- Registration fee one time only. If already paid inform through email/post giving detail ie amount, where paid, date and reference (att/upload/mail or whatsApp copy of receipt/proof so that it can be linked and your payment record updated)
- Annual membership fee to be paid before 31 Jan each calendar year.
- Pay Fees at a scheduled bank in the name of “Alamgirians Association” details below:

- After depositing the amount send details to the Alamgirians Secretariat through email/post/whatsApp giving detail ie your name, college No, amount, where paid, date and reference (att/upload/mail copy of Bank Deposit Slip/ receipt/proof so that it can be linked and your payment record updated)
- Donations can be paid as above or sent through a crossed cheque to the Alamgirians Secretariat any time desired.
- You can change your password any time as follows:
- Login in “Member Log In” with your Email address and the given password.
- Select change password
- Enter your given pass word
- Enter and re-enter new password
- You would get a confirmation “password has been changed”
- Always remember your email and password as all correspondence will be done through your email account.
